Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) are still widely used in the pharmaceutical industry for instance in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing.

 

IBCs are used throughout the plant from dispensing, sieving and blending to feeding a tablet press.

 

Dec provides comprehensive solutions to fill or empty IBCs of various sizes, cGMP conform and in a contained manner.

 

Containers will be charged or discharged by using PTS Powder Transfer System® thus preventing the use of complex and massive lifting columns.
